Our Villages

A home for your best life

Our village apartments are designed for independent living, so you can live according to your own needs and desires - without the hassle of maintaining your own property
or having to share your space.

“As soon as I saw my Guilfoyle Gardens unit I was won over. It is the right size for a single person. My car, although on the street, is practically at my own front door. The neighbours are friendly and helpful with our own WhatsApp group. Interesting talks and religious get togethers are offered regularly. And management couldn’t be better!”

“I moved into Mosaic Guilfoyle Gardens in August 2023, a move I have been delighted with. The retirement village is set up for the elderly, from easy to use door knobs, locks, and windows, devices and modern appliances. The building is in a quiet tree-lined street, a level walk to Double Bay beach as well as the best restaurants in Sydney. Although renovated inside, the building itself is solid brick and soundproof. There is help for any problem.”

“I have been living in Princess Gardens now for 16 years. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The residents are a good community, some play cards, have afternoon teas, a hairdresser comes once a week. I have been very fond of the managers then and now, plus all the help that our building manager Peter gives us. We lead normal lives in a Jewish environment. Make our home your home.”

“My wife and I have lived at Princess Gardens for eight years. Our Unit is very comfortable, and the independent lifestyle makes it possible to socialize with friends outside the village. We are happy to live within a community of caring people who consider each other as family.”

“I am very happy I made the move from a large rented house nearby. The admin staff and resident committee are great and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend Kadimah to any Jew looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation on the north shore.”

“I enjoy living at Mosaic Living Kadimah (Gardens) for many reasons including the sense of community, beautiful accommodation, well-kept grounds, and gardens as well as the many activities like movies, celebrations, and social gatherings on offer to residents. We also benefit from the secure environment,  quiet location, and close proximity to public transport. “

“Hilary & I have lived here for a number of years. There is a relaxed ambiance – Barbi’s twice a month, exercise classes, Kiddush every Friday. Gardens & property are well maintained. Rob is fantastic and always willing to help where ever he can.”

“Kadimah is all about the residents and making us all feel welcome and ensuring we are safe and have activities and events ongoing. Having lived at Kadimah for over 20 years now – it is my home and the place where I feel secure and happy. I have and continue to love living here and I have always felt part of the Kadimah family!”
