Your Investment
Accommodation at Guilfoyle Gardens is available on the basis of an upfront licence fee, determined by your choice of an apartment in the village.
- In addition to the one-off licence fee, residents pay a nominal monthly maintenance charge – a maintenance charge base rate that’s fixed upon your entry to the village. This is reviewed annually with increases generally aligned with pension rate movements.
- Residents are advised in October of proposed cost increases that come into effect from 1 January each year.
- Residents receive a refund of a proportion of their licence fee on deciding to exit the village, and this amount is determined upon your entry into the village.
