“As soon as I saw my Guilfoyle Gardens unit I was won over. It is the right size for a single person. My car, although on the street, is practically at my own front door. The neighbours are friendly and helpful with our own WhatsApp group. Interesting talks and religious get togethers are offered regularly. And management couldn’t be better!”

“I moved into Mosaic Guilfoyle Gardens in August 2023, a move I have been delighted with. The retirement village is set up for the elderly, from easy to use door knobs, locks, and windows, devices and modern appliances. The building is in a quiet tree-lined street, a level walk to Double Bay beach as well as the best restaurants in Sydney. Although renovated inside, the building itself is solid brick and soundproof. There is help for any problem.”

Your Investment

Accommodation at Guilfoyle Gardens is available on the basis of an upfront licence fee, determined by your choice of an apartment in the village.

  • In addition to the one-off licence fee, residents pay a nominal monthly maintenance charge – a maintenance charge base rate that’s fixed upon your entry to the village. This is reviewed annually with increases generally aligned with pension rate movements.
  • Residents are advised in October of proposed cost increases that come into effect from 1 January each year.
  • Residents receive a refund of a proportion of their licence fee on deciding to exit the village, and this amount is determined upon your entry into the village.
